Hello Everyone! And welcome!

Id like to welcome you to join me on Sunday February 5th from 5-6:30pm 

This class is going to be at En Pointe Dance  in Long Beach.

The space will be filled with the beautiful sounds of  Crystal bowls,

Yoga and Meditation 

 

I started these sound baths because I know how healing sound energy can be for a community of people looking to heal,grow and discover parts of themselves through sound healing and my teachings


 

 I start the event with a light Yoga/Stretching
Then move into a guided meditation 
connecting you with your inner happiness 

 with the incredibly relaxing sounds of

crystal singing bowls,ocean bead drums
